Jeff Joerres, CEO of the multinational human resource consulting firm, ManpowerGroup, is owner of the new penthouse atop the River Renaissance building in Milwaukee, WI. River Renaissance Condos is one of the most interesting and unique residential structures in the city. Found directly on the river, the condominiums claim a prime location in Milwaukee鈥檚 Historic Third Ward, making it the perfect place to build the new 鈥減enthouse mansion鈥.
Because of its historic location, many guidelines had to be followed when designing the penthouse. The building plans were reviewed three times by the Third Ward Architectural Review Board before they were approved. The penthouse boasts 5,100 square feet and two stories of beautiful, quality construction and d茅cor, including its magnificent fa莽ade, which features gorgeous honed Black Galaxy granite and Mayotte marble, provided by StonePly, and accented with dramatic wood paneling.
The multifaceted black granite and champagne marble provide a striking contrast in color that is further complimented by the wood paneling. The StonePly natural stone panels, which were attached using z clips, cover 7,750 square feet of the building鈥檚 exterior. The unique look of the stone, next to the rich wood, combines with stunning modern 杏吧原版 to create a look that is truly one-of-a-kind.
